By accessing or using our website, mobile or desktop applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. 2. Services We Provide
a) Adis India Placement operates an online healthcare recruitment platform that enables:
b) Jobseekers (“Members”) to create profiles, upload resumes, and apply to healthcare job opportunities; and
c) Recruiters (“Employers”, “RPO Providers”, or “Agencies”) to post free or paid job advertisements and, where subscribed, access our resume database.
d) Adis India Placement is not a recruitment agency or employer. We facilitate connections but do not participate in, guarantee, or control the hiring process or employment outcomes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@adisindiaplacement.com of any unauthorised use or security breach.
5. User Responsibilities
For All Users
a) You agree to: Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
b) Respect the intellectual property rights of Adis India Placement and others;
c) Not upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or that infringes third-party rights.
d) For Jobseekers: You may submit only accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications. You understand that your profile and resume may be visible to recruiters if you choose the “searchable” setting.
e) For Recruiters: Job postings must accurately describe real vacancies in the healthcare field. Paid products (such as resume database access or premium postings) are subject to the subscription or order terms presented at purchase. You must comply with all applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws when contacting candidates or processing candidate data.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Fees for paid services are listed on the Platform. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store credit card details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are property of Adis India Placement or its licensors.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use bots, gain unauthorized access, post false information, or collect personal data without consent.
9. Third-Party Links and Content
We are not responsible for third-party content or sites linked through our Platform.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee employment or recruitment outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adis India Placement shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adis India Placement and its employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may close your account anytime.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies in Hyderabad, Telangana.
