4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
5. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activity under your account. d) For Jobseekers: You may submit only accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications. You understand that your profile and resume may be visible to recruiters if you choose the “searchable” setting.
e) For Recruiters: Job postings must accurately describe real vacancies in the healthcare field. Paid products (such as resume database access or premium postings) are subject to the subscription or order terms presented at purchase. You must comply with all applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws when contacting candidates or processing candidate data.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Fees for paid services are listed on the Platform. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store credit card details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are property of Adis India Placement or its licensors.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use bots, gain unauthorized access, post false information, or collect personal data without consent.
10. Third-Party Links and Content
We are not responsible for third-party content or sites linked through our Platform.
